For “recreational” purchases there is a limit of 1 ounce of flower and 8 grams of Concentrate which includes edibles, tinctures and wax.
For “medicinal” purchases there is a limit of 8 ounces of flower and/or Concentrate which includes edibles, tinctures and wax. More if recommendation indicated a need.
If you have a valid government issued photo ID showing you are 21+, you can shop in our location, no medical recommendation required.
Since cannabis is not legal at the federal level, you cannot take product outside of the state in which it was purchased.
For “Recreational” the tax rate varies between 7.25% to 10.25%. For “Medicinal” the tax rate is 0% with MMIC card. Physician recommendation does not exempt patients from sales tax.
